Watford, Herts, WD24: Semi Detached North Watford HAVE PICS

What we have:-

We have a large 4 bedroom semi-detached house in a lovely tree lined avenue on the Northern edge of Watford. We have a driveway and a small front garden enclosed by a mature privet hedge, and there is off road parking out the front of the house (unallocated). The back garden is approx 30' x 80' with a 10' x 10' shed/workshop in the top corner, a patio area and the rest is mostly lawn. There is also a side gate for access from the front of the house. Our house is in reasonable decorative order throughout and has Laminate flooring in the downstairs hallway, dining room and living room and carpet upstairs. We have a spacious landing and our bathroom is fully tiled and has a corner bath with a power shower over it. We also have a downstairs toilet. We have lovely neighbours and only need to move to be closer to family and work commitments. Click here to view pictures of our house I will be adding some photos of the bedrooms shortly.

WHAT WE ARE AFTER:-

3/4 bed bungalow, semi det house or end of terrace only, must have a driveway for at least 2 cars or the space to put a driveway in. Garden must be either the same size or bigger than ours (30' x 85') and be fully enclosed (with 6ft fencing/hedges/wall) due to our dog. It must have either a seperate dining room or a large kitchen/diner. This house must be in or around North Herts (NOT Stevenage) or Mid/South Beds (NOT Luton/Dunstable/Houghton Regis) area preferably rural/semi rural but would consider the right house nearer town centre areas. We are open minded as regards to the area as long as it is within commuting distance of Letchworth (approx 15 mile radius NO more) Most areas of North Herts considered. We are also open to the idea of multi-swaps, so even if you havent got what we are after, please enquire as we might be able to find a 3 or more way exchange!

We are also considering a move to Shropshire (Villages in and around Oswestry only please). So if you have what we require in the Oswestry area then give us a shout....It might be just what we are after!
