I have a large 3 bedroom property which is only 6 years old. We have a large kitchen/diner, large front room, downstairs toilet which has the fitments to add a shower in.
Upstairs we have two double rooms and 1 small room, upstairs bathroom also shower and next to the bathroom is a large airing cupboard. We have allocated parking at the front of the house which we can see from our kitchen, and a medium size back garden with shed. At the end of the street is an enclosed area where the children can go and play also we have a herb garden where you can go and pick the herbs you require. In the area we have a doctors surgery, local shop and a local school 5 minute walk away. The town centre is a 10 to 15 minute walk away although there is a regular bus route which runs every half an hour. We would like either a three bedroom property with a seperate dining room or utility room which we can convert into a fourth bedroom or we would like a four bedroom property. Areas we would like are welwyn garden city, stevenage and hatfield although we may consider surrounding areas. Only reason for moving is we need an extra bedroom. If you have any quiries please contact and i will be happy to answer any question. |

RE: Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, AL7 3QT: Large House
:shy:Hi
You probably won't be interested but just incase you are, I have a very large 3 bed council property in Newcastle upon tyne which i would love to swap as i have a job opportunity in Luton and am looking to swap in Bedfordshire. It is on 3 floors, ground floor is a 18 ft kitchen diner with patio doors to the garden and utility room and toilet, first floor is a very large lounge which can be converted into 2 bedrooms and 1 double bedroom which can be converted into a living room, 2nd floor is 2 double bedrooms and a large family bathroom. There are many cupboards on all floors, alot of storage space and allocated parking at the back. It is a lovely quiet area with alot of greenery and park nearby, within walking distance of the town centre. There are schools and surgeries close by. Please let me know if you are interested.
