The property must have large gardens, O/S/P for 3+ cars, Garage or Carport a bonus aswell as an open fire. Rooms must be large including Lounge, Bedrooms, Kitchen &amp; also would like a dining room. We have alot of property to offer with a vast amount of interest situated in a good location, non like it on any housing exchange site in the whole of East Anglia, so feel that what we are looking for is not an unreasonable request.<br />

Willing to do any 3 way or multi swap, with several already in place awaiting the missing link.<br />

We have a large 4 bedroom semi-detached house in a lovely tree lined avenue on the Northern edge of Watford. We have a driveway and a small front garden enclosed by a mature privet hedge, and there is off road parking out the front of the house (unallocated). The back garden is approx 30' x 80' with a 10' x 10' shed/workshop in the top corner, a patio area and the rest is mostly lawn. There is also a side gate for access from the front of the house. Our house is in reasonable decorative order throughout and has Laminate flooring in the downstairs hallway, dining room and living room and carpet upstairs. We have a spacious landing and our bathroom is fully tiled and has a corner bath with a power shower over it. We also have a downstairs toilet. We have a large 4 bedroom semi-detached house in a lovely tree lined avenue on the Northern edge of Watford. We have a driveway and a small front garden enclosed by a mature privet hedge, and there is off road parking out the front of the house (unallocated). The back garden is approx 30' x 80' with a 10' x 10' shed/workshop in the top corner, a patio area and the rest is mostly lawn. There is also a side gate for access from the front of the house. Our house is in reasonable decorative order throughout and has Laminate flooring in the downstairs hallway, dining room and living room and carpet upstairs. We have a spacious landing and our bathroom is fully tiled and has a corner bath with a power shower over it. We also have a downstairs toilet. we have a 3 bed semi deatched house, owned by (Acis group)housing association.<br />
<br />
the property is situated in a Rural part of Lincolnshire, and front of house looks out onto fields,it has 3 bed rooms,<br />

bedroom 1 is very large size about 18ft by 12ft with an arcove in one corner.<br />
<br />
bedroom 2 is about 10ft by 12ft with a built in airing cuboard<br />
<br />
bedroom 3 is a box room 9ft by 12ft.<br />
<br />
house is oil fired central heated, which also heats your water,very economical to run,we have no mains gas, we cooked on LPG, and have a cooker that was here when we moved in, which is adapted for it, gas bottle very cheap, about £52, and as you only cook by this, it will last you for about a yr.the replacement bottles can be purchased from Insta Gas in Lincoln ,the electric is done by a key meter, down the side of the house.link to our oil supplier bayford oil .<br />

rent for this property is £83.59 pw,and council tax is band b, <br />
<br />
we have a nice size lounge about 14ft by 12ft with 2 arcoves.<br />
<br />
the kitchen has just been totally refitted and all brand new beach effect cabinets and black marble effect worktops in and new floor and wall tiles and fresh painted, all done by our ha,very spacious kitchen/diner about 18ft by 12ft in size, there is also a separate large arcove in the kitchen that has one power point and can be either used to store large upright firdge/freezer or computer as we have now used it for.<br />

we have down staries combined bathroom &amp; toilet in one, with vectair new fan installed.<br />
<br />
garden is very large, half an acre approx in size, and is enclosed on the right by conifers, and to the bottom of the garden,the left handside has just had new chain linc fencing put in, so now fully enclosed all the rear of the garden, we have a acess point for parking up to about 3 cars, down the side of our house,please note this is not classed with the ha, as a driveway.<br />

there is also a large shed that was left here in the move, with power to it, although does need abit of tlc to the floor and door lol.<br />

there is transport to and from the childrens school in Wragby, by the council, free of charge, whitch is a gr8 help as we live 2 miles from nearest town of wragby,there are shops here, you have as follows, hairdressers,butchers, p office with cash point,ivy club,and also couple of coffee shops and cafes,shop,,pet shop, co-op,barnaby hospice chairity shop, conveinece store,.the school isnt far from there and also theres a resource centre for drs etc, gr8 drs there.also town hall, and a couple of pubs..also chip shop.you can see pics of wargby by the photos linc and also of wragby maze.<br />

the next town from us is Market Rasen 6miles from us, there you have a selection of shops,my 13 yr old daughter goes to de aston school here, gr8 school, and theres also an auction on a tuesday, from plants to everything else lol,plenty of banks,spar supermarket,couple of diy shops,quite a varity here.with a car park near by, there is a call connect bus service here you can phone if dont drive and picks you up and takes you to a destination and drops you back home again,there is a small ,charge for this service and you do have to book the bus in advance,but not allways guaranteed if there fully booked to give you a place..<br />

next main city is of course Lincoln,which is a gr8 place 10 miles from here, with its fantastic cathedral, which weve visited breath taking inside,then theres every shop you can wish for etc here, there waterside centre with shops from primart M&amp;S, then away from there is a market place under cover loads of bits to choose from, fantastic place to shop. parking not too bad here,theres bus service also runs to and from here,also train station.and call connect bus service too also runs from here and will drop you off at your home.<br />

the neighbours here are gr8 people , theres eedie who now lives on her own, since fred her husband passed away just before xmas 08,then the closest neighbour we are joined with is vic, very pleasent gentleman, lives on his own since his wife died, and a gr8 neighbour to us, who we will all miss,very much.truely one in a million neighbour to have and gr8 in the summer, if you love gardening as I do, you share tips etc.<br />

wildlife here is fantastic you have pheasants in the garden constantly, wood peckers, every kind of bird you can think of from bluetit to chaf finch, theres also weve seen barn owls of early mornings and evenings, rabbits also,and yesterday a buzzard, also seen sparrow hawks and perigrins in the skys above our house thorugh binoculors.,you get the odd wild rabbit hoping about lol.<br />

if you like country life and very very peace and quite then this place is for you.<br />
<br />
we are looking for a large 3 or pref a 4 would be gr8,, house, in North Lancashire or Cumbria,Lancaster, Morcambe, Heysham,or south Lakeland,or Windermere.must have nice size bedrooms as I will have two girls shareing,in one room, also nice size kitchen,lounge,and back garden must be 100 ft if possible or bare min I would go to is min 60ft, must be big enough to take 14ft trampoline and multi swings and slide.must be enclosed as I have a dog and also in a non estate and child friendly area and close to all schools and amenities .<br />

We have a 3 bedroom detached adapted bungalow in stone nr Dartford and Greenhithe, Also very nr to Bluewater. Our bungalow is nicely decorated, all bedrooms have built in wardrobes. We have a wetroom / walk in shower. The hallway, master bedroom and lounge all have laminated flooring. The other two bedrooms have carpet and the kitchen has lino. There is a carport right outside the front door with room for more parking. The back garden is an L - shape and is of medium size and the front garden is smallish.<br />
What we would like: 3 bedroom house, must have a downstairs toilet. We would prefer a semi or detached or eot in: Sevenoaks, West Kingsdown, Eynsford,Otford, Farningham, Borough Green, Kemsing, and surrounding areas.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[hi i have 3 bed semi in a nice road not an estate close to shops good schools excellent travel links, big driveway,seperate toilet and bathroom on groundfloor, good size rear garden fully enclosed shed, 3 good size bedrooms have had double bed in all 3 rooms with cupboards,had new kitchen and bathroom, new radiator, does need some freshen up paint in hallway and bedroom at front, rest been given a new lick of paint,have lived in this area for a long time only reason for my wanting a move is expanding family need more space,i am looking for a 4 bed semi or  a large 3 bed semi house with seperate diner, bedrooms must be of double size as there are 7 of us and  driveway and good size rear garden for my dog, schools both must be near by and a shop would be good,areas im looking for are barlby,selby,riccall,wistow,cawood,thorpe willoughby,brayton,hambleton,monk fryston,chappel haddlesey,burn,camblesforth,barlow,hemmingbrough,cliffe,south duffield,bubwith,north duffield,escrick,all the way to york north yorks, if u think you can help me then please leave me a message am open to offers if they are close enough to where i want to be any more info needed just ask, will also do a 3 way to,thanks for reading my message good luck all]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[3 bed, end terrace house(only3 in terrace) very big back garden with pond, theres a gate at the far end of the garden which leads onto another road with a drive way n parking space also access to back garden from front drive as theres a gate.. front garden is a drive way with just 1 flower bed.<br />

small down staires bathroom/toilet, 5"4 x 6"4 can be made a bit bigger as theres a washing machine space with a wall b4 you go into the bathroom..<br />
<br />
big kitchen 14` x 9` does need decorating but livable..<br />
<br />
living room 11` x 12` not long been decorated, all white walls 1 papered wall dark laminate flooring..<br />
<br />
hallway/staires new deco, new carpet, white walls..<br />
<br />
main bedroom 11`6" x 12`6" at the front of the house, new deco, new carpet, light stone coloured walls, 1 built in wardrobe, 1 cupboard with the hot water tank in and shelves above so very handy + we fitted 3 sliding walldrobe doors for storage..<br />
<br />
2nd bedroom 7`9" x 10` needs deco, just painting or wall paper + carpet...<br />
<br />
3rd bedroom 6`6" x 6`8" needs deco but has new carpet, is very small but we managed to get a single bed in there + some storage<br />
<br />
gas central heating in every room,, double glazed,, very secure front door...<br />
<br />
1 of our neighbours sold of half there back garden years ago and a small bungalow got built so very good if somone wanted to buy this house..<br />
<br />
this whole area is getting redeveloped many houses were knocked down over the last couple of years &amp; nice looking new ones rebuilt, we was told this might happen to this house but not for a few years yet (if it happens) But you get a brand new house + £4000 cheque + moving cost all done &amp; paid for ( nothing dodgy the council are doing it all) choose how you want it decorated, you choose the kitchens you want &amp; the ones that are finished are very very nice inside &amp; out..<br />

we have very nice neighbours<br />

close to schools for all ages, 10min max walk into maidstone town center itself, 10min walk to tesco,lidl, 10 min drive to morrisons,asda.<br />

10min walk to the river medway so nice for water sports, boating,fishing or just walking along..<br />
