The landing is 6ft x 5ft10.
Going Clockwise as you reach the landing is firstly the bathroom, which is L shaped. The bathroom measures 7 x 8 ft and has a corner missing (where the airing cupboard is installed). The missing corner is about 3 x 4 ft but there is still ample space for storage in the bathroom aswell as floor space.
The Medium bedroom is next, and this measures 8ft x 8ft2.
The Main room is next, which measures 8ft x 10ft approx.
The box room comes last but not least and measures approx. 8 x 9ft.

I am desperately needing a 4 bedroom due to extending family, but will accept a larger 3 bed if the house and area is right.

my flat has a communal garden to which im on the grassed area of and also has an indoor and outdoor shed space, large kitchen/diner, 2 double bedrooms, the smaller bedroom fits a superkingsize bed in aswell as the bedroom furniture so its spacious. I've only just had an electric shower installed which im happy to leave here for whoever moves in, also there are carpets in the living room and bedrooms, the living room one just needs need fitting properly which i will do as ive not had lots of time having 3 babies , ive just had brand new net curtains fitted in the flat aswell
