Hi all

We have a 3 bedroom house on the Longbridge/West Heath border. Very quiet grove (no anti-social behaviour), 5 mins from Cofton Park and the Lickey Hills.

Gas central heating, double glazed.

Standard sized mid-terraced house with large back garden and front garden.

Plenty of storage space - pantry off kitchen, clear loft and also a storage area at the top of the stairs.

Decent sized bathroom with power shower, also another toilet downstairs.

Close to shops, schools, doctors, dentists - and just about any other amenity you might need. We live on the 47 and 49 bus routes, with Longbridge train station a short walk away.

If you'd like any more information just ask.

We're looking ideally for a 4 bed so if you are interested in this house you must be prepared to downsize, to be honest we're happy here but with baby number 4 due in early January we do need more room. We'd consider a large 3 bed, but only really if one bedroom would be large enough to split into two smaller rooms. We're pretty much open to areas, ideally we'd like to stay over this side of Birmingham (South) but will also consider Yardley Wood, Billesley etc...

I have a 3 bedroom Semi Detached house in St Budeaux, Plymouth. It has Fairly large back and front gardens, and has great potential. We had Complete brand new heating systems and boilers fitted October 2009 and kitchens are meant to be renewed in the near future.

Ideally needing a 4 bed, but will accept a 3 bed depending on size and area. I would like to either stay very close to St Budeaux, or I would like to move to Tavistock.

I have personal reasons for wanting to move, otherwise we would defiantly stay. I have fantastic neighbours, shops, docs, dentist and schools all within 5 minute walking distance from my house. Buses are very regular and go just from the end of the street if you do not drive.

The room sizes are as follows …

Downstairs …

Entrance Hallway is 4ft6 x 3ft4. This leads straight onto the stairs and also leads to the living room.
The living room is 14ft4 x 13ft1.
The living room leads to the kitchen diner, which I have measured separately.
The Kitchen area is 8ft8 x 5ft9 – sounds small but is more than ample space to cook etc.
The Dining area of the kitchen is 8ft8 x 11ft4. This houses my fridge, large freezer, larder, tumble dryer, breakfast bar and more cupboards on the wall.
The Back door leads from the dining room area into the garden.

Upstairs …
The landing is 6ft x 5ft10.
Going Clockwise as you reach the landing is firstly the bathroom, which is L shaped. The bathroom measures 7 x 8 ft and has a corner missing (where the airing cupboard is installed). The missing corner is about 3 x 4 ft but there is still ample space for storage in the bathroom aswell as floor space.
The Medium bedroom is next, and this measures 8ft x 8ft2.
The Main room is next, which measures 8ft x 10ft approx.
The box room comes last but not least and measures approx. 8 x 9ft.

I am desperately needing a 4 bedroom due to extending family, but will accept a larger 3 bed if the house and area is right.

Thanks for reading, hope to hear from you soon, my email is manic_house-hold@live.co,uk … and if not, good luck with your search, Hayley x

We have a large 3 bed semi in a nice part of Welwyn Garden City called Knightsfield. Although we are down as a 3 bed we have a spare room downstairs which we use as a fourth bedroom. Large lounge with patio door at the end which leads out to the garden. All local amenities are close by and town is about 15 minute walk away. Train station in town has a train straight into London. We really want to head back towards the coast as soon as poss as we have a fourteen year old and don't want her moving during exams etc.

Thanks For reading
Nikki.

Hi,

I fancy a change!

I have a three bed property on Chadwell Heath/Dagenham Border.
Decorated to a high standard. I have installed new pine stairs, fitted kitchen, garden patio and french doors, new bathroom suite, laminated flooring throughout. New pine internal doors, new carpets to upstairs bedrooms. The house boasts of a drive, 2 W/C's two double bedrooms, one single room (larger than box)

Close to all amenities, Schools (Robert Clack Secondary School Catchment Area)

I would consider a 3 bed property in any area, any condition.

What have you?
